Summary: No room service in 4 day stay! Had to get new towels daily, shower gel and conditioner ran out, no full garbage cans. We called the front desk that said no housekeepers were there!!!!?!???? Not to put dirty towels outside our room. Looked Like all other rooms just put them in the hall. For the cost and no housekeeping staying at motor hotel would have been much cheaper and a cleaner room! Front desk said th manager would call us and we gave them our phone, but no one ever called.

Summary: The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The room had a pink light over the mirror. It was almost impossible to see at night and not possible to put on makeup. That needs to be changed. The room was nice and spacious. It would have been nice to have more than the two paper coffee cups. Maybe two plastic disposable cups for cold beverages.

Summary: We always stay at this hotel when we visit the area. The shower didn’t work in one of our rooms this time and the breakfast staff was not friendly, but the front desk staff was wonderful and the shower issue was taken care of by allowing us to shower in another room immediately.
