Positive: This place is out in the country. Very green with rolling hills. Quite a few high end restaurants near by.

Negative: It's a little bit pricey. But, most people are paying for that older look. I don't really have any complaints, but I wish they did have some trails to walk on. The property seems big enough that a person could walk a trail through the woods

Positive: The breakfast was delicious!

Negative: The Booking.com listing for the room i reserved noted that it had a spa tub, which was the reason I reserved the room. The room didn't have a spa tub but the staff at Gramercy Mansion upgraded our room for no additional cost. This was a listing error on the Booking.com end not the Gramercy Masion end.
