Summary: My sister and I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. A special thanks to Terrie for being incredibly hospitable, she went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. Great customer service like this really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be back!

Summary: Our stay was great, the only issue was our first room. When we walked in, it looked like someone had laid down in the bed, comforter folded down, pillows messed up. We took a picture and show the front desk lady and asked if that was normal. She immediately apologized and gave us a different room. She was so nice about it. We were not upset, laughed about it. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Summary: The front desk agent assigned us a room that was occupied and we walked in on someone already in the room. Then there was little to no remorse or apology by the front desk person about the gaffe.

Summary: The staff was excellent and the room was nice. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Very hard and lumpy. The shower was awful. The head would not stay up and kept falling down. Other than that everything was good.
