Positive: The staff was veryt helpful and friendly. There was a nice and comfortable lobby with hot water, and coffee 24/7. I didn't use the business center but it looked adequate and so did the laundry room. It was nice to know they were there should I need them. The pool was good. It does need some showers for before and/or after swimming. Exercise room was clean and adequate. I enjoyed my workout there.

Negative: The bathroom tub had some dark sports from mold. It looks and feels dirty and unkempt. There are no drawers to store you clothes. The room was nice looking but not very friendly. The cabinet that housed the fridge was falling apart.

Summary: Pleasant and adequate hotel.

Positive: Hotel staff great. Beds were comfortable. The room itself was very comfortable.

Negative: Specifically for room 106: there was a slight mildew smell present for our entire stay. Rules should be instated for other guests to be quiet after a reasonable time such as 9 pm. We could not sleep until after 11 pm as people were running around in the hallway and room above us. We could not call the front desk to complain because the phone landline was down and we were already in bedclothes.

Summary: Good, but could have been better.

Positive: The desk staff was amazing. There were a lot of issues (phones, elevator, short staffed - cleaning) and they handled it with poise and professionalism. The older new blond ( I forget her name sorry) and Tricia especially were top notch.

Negative: We paid $500 a night and our room wasn’t cleaned (trash emptied or fresh towels). We had to track down the cleaning staff to get towels.
