Summary: The room is good, the bed is comfortable, breakfast is good, and the ev charging is why I chose your hotel, and that has been excellent. Unfortunately, we are in an accessible room, and on the second day of our stay, the carpets in the hallways on our entire floor were ripped out and being replaced. We are being bombarded by chemicals in the air, holes in the carpet padding between our door and the elevator, which is a tripping hazard not only for me but also my 86 year old mother who is the reason for the accessible room to begin with. There has been equipment, tools, and electrical cords between us and the elevator (which is currently cleared) since 3 pm. on Friday, April 3rd, when we checked in. It's now after 10 pm. on Saturday, April 4th, and the work is still continuing, and the hallways are not halfway done. The only warning sign is on the floor side of the elevator and can't be seen until you are getting back onto the elevator to leave the floor. There is no warning of any construction before you get to the floor. On Sunday, April 5th, when we were attempting to checkout, the carpet padding was being laid down and there was excessive pieces that made it harder to get the trolley and the wheelchair out.

Summary: The breakfast was not good at all. We had to get Al the conditioner bottle since there was two shampoos in our room. The fridge was not working well and the door that was covering the fridge was very loose.

Summary: We didn’t have breakfast but it looked very good. There was no one at the front desk and we had to wait about 20 minutes before someone came. Property was very clean and comfortable.

Summary: Hardly anyone was there (empty parking lot) but no complimentary upgrades were available according to staff. Vinyl floor of room had dirt on it. Desk lamp and receptacles did not work. Reported both problems. Floor cleaned up but desk lamp never fixed. Room 225. Staff offered to move us but we had already unpacked and declined offer.
