Summary: This stay was one our favorites of all time! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room immaculate and cozy - the bed was comfy and the shower hot and with a good steady stream. Breakfast service was FABULOUS - so many options to choose from. Roberta was very friendly asking us if there was any thing we needed and interested in our little story about why we were staying. Roberta shared that the hotel had undergone a complete overhaul - they did a great job of rebuilding and redecorating as the hotel is well lit and bright and cheerful inside. We saw ZERO evidence of construction ongoing and there was PLENTY of parking. We will be back!

Summary: At some point, it MUST be disclosed CLEARLY at the time of booking what condition the property is in while under construction. Give customers the chance to have disclosure BEFORE paying for a room.

Summary: We weren’t made aware of the major renovations being done at the hotel until after we booked. Parking lot was a mess, couldn’t use the elevator, parking was a little limited with the outside construction

Summary: This building was under construction. No where did I see it was mentioned on the hotels.com website. The construction noise was too loud for us. We had to find another place to stay.
