Summary: This hotel is a premium hotel with staff this is top-notch! In particular, the young man, Izaak, was the absolute best! He is the #1 front-desk attendant we have ever encountered, bar none! This man received us with grace when we arrived, answered all our questions without hesitation and served us well.

Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was impossible - stations didn't match the guide and some that were supposed to be there weren't. That was irritating.

Summary: For the price, the value was not there. Water and snacks were not available - vending machines did not work and nothing offered at the service counter. Sought assistance and representative was unable to help and offered no solutions. Not recognized as a Hilton Honors Member. Overall, the facility was just Okay.
