We had got hit with snow the night before and unfortunately, the rental car company did not give me an ice scraper a brush to remove snow from my car. So when I went downstairs and asked, they only had like a handheld ice scraper. I had about a half a foot of snow covering my car so I had asked if they had one with a brush they said no and I said will you have any types of brushes, and the young lady said to me, “take it or leave it“ this is not what you expect to hear from someone who’s supposed to be hospitable. I had mentioned it to the manager he seemed to have taken note of it, but that is not the type of personality or temperament you want somebody who greets your guests and handles your guests at a hotel

Summary: The room was not in good condition. The paint was chipping off the ceiling, I found mold on the door leading into the bathroom, and the shower curtain had ripped in it. The ice machine on the third floor was broken, so I had to go to another floor for ice and when getting on the elevator, which only one was working there were four employees talking about smoking marijuana.
