Summary: Pros were that the hotel was nice looking inside and out, convenient to train from NY, staff were friendly, loved the breakfast especially the French toast and room was quiet & clean, but cons were the bath gel was empty which we didn’t realize until we were in the shower, no bath robes or slippers, and no water glasses just paper cups that you could taste with tea. Other than that it was a good stay and we’ll be back next Thanksgiving! Happy Holidays!

Summary: Clean and comfortable and updated rooms with nice details for comfort and convenience, like night lights under beds/in bathroom, the whole property was very clean and in great condition. Easy check in with friendly staff. Super convenient and central location, appreciated the access to crunch fitness next door. Breakfast options overpriced and not great, but besides that it was a great stay.

Summary: The size of the room was good. The beds were comfortable. The issues we have are: the lighting in the room and bathroom was poor; the chair did not roll, which made working at the desk very uncomfortable; the bathroom was small; the bathmat in the tub/shower was very slippery and dangerous; the door into the bathroom opened into the main part of the bathroom instead of towards the wall, which made going in and out, very awkward; there was no counter space in the bathroom; the handles on the faucet were very stiff and difficult to turn; not enough towel bars to hang up wet towels; and no glasses provided, only paper coffee cups. This hotel did not live up to the Hyatt Regency brand.
