Summary: Nice room. Breakfast had great choices. Front desk was very professional. Only complaint was there wasn’t “soap” in the room. Face wash, body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, but no soap. Odd

Summary: Room was still not ready by 4:30. Came back an hour later and no one is at the front desk. Just a note saying that someone would be back soon. Rooms definitely in need of renovation. Bathroom tub dirty, carpet dirty, beds hard and hard pillows. Will not stay here again.

Summary: The fridge in our initial room was broken so they moved us to a new room on a different floor. The bed in our room was super uncomfortable, neither one of us slept much. The hot tub did not have the keys working.
