Summary: Next time I'm in the Cleveland area, I will stay at the Hampton in Madison! The property and room were very clean and inviting! From my arrival until I departed, I was treated like an executive member! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Summary: The room was a little musty smell, and the room rate was way more than when I booked online and when I questioned it, it was said that this was the price. Not happy about that, I would have never spent $270 for one night at that hotel. The breakfast was great, service was ok,

Summary: The property was very nice and in a great location off the highway. The parking lot was well lit. The hotel was very clean and modern, all staff were friendly. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Summary: The staff were friendly and welcoming, extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent, my grandsons loved the mini waffles. One negative thing from me would be the pool, the strong smell of chlorine made it hard for the kids to enjoy the pool, it is in an enclosed space and the chemicals are in a closet next to the pool.
