Enjoy Lake Erie with all of its splendor! You have access to an association owned private beach/park and a view of some of the most breath taking sunsets you will ever see. And you are in the heart of wine country to enjoy some of the best wineries Ohio has to offer.
The house has a front porch with a relaxing view of Lake Erie.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. There is a large dining table just off the kitchen and a wet bar to include glassware and all wet bar accessories. The kitchen also provides an open concept layout to the family room with a breakfast bar in between.
The HUGE family room has a 65" TV with bistro table and gas log fireplace. The French doors open to a furnished private 24x24 patio with small waterfall garden , hot tub and fire pit overlooking a private 1+ acre yard. Additionally there is a small covered porch for a secondary fire pit. (Wood is not provided). The open yard invites outdoor games with provided corn hole .
The 3 bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All blankets, linens, sheets, bath, dish towels INCLUDED ******BRING YOUR OWN beach towels.
This great location just minutes from Geneva State Park Beach and Marina, Geneva on the Lake, and wineries. Covered bridges- https://www.coveredbridgefestival.org , Arcola Creek estuary http://www.lakemetroparks.com/parks/arcola-creek.shtml is within walking distance at the end of the street, Erie Shores golf course http://www.lakemetroparks.com/parks/golf/erieshores.shtml is less than one mile away. Spire institute -http://www.spireinstitute.org.
This is the Walleye capital of the world. Lake Erie is well known for its world class walleye and perch fishing. The Geneva State Park Marina is minutes to the east and has top notch boating services including overnight dockage, trailer storage, launching ramps, and fish cleaning service. If you don't bring your boat just book your chartered fishing trip at one of the many charter boats available. We can assist you with this and any other information upon request.

Summary: What a wonderful property! I was so at home there. The couch and the bed were very comfortable. I absolutely LOVE how they have decorated and upgraded the house! It's also pretty much right on the water!Would totally stay there afain!

Summary: My husband and I enjoy wineries and heard that Madison/Geneva was the place to go in Ohio. We found this place and it worked so well and the location was perfect for what we were looking for! The property manager was very helpful and easy to reach. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: This house was fantastic. Beautiful sunset view from the porch. There was a huge yard for our dogs to sniff around, and the street is very quiet and safe. The house was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient to wineries, parks, and the covered bridge trail. We would love to stay again in the future!

Summary: This is our 4th year visiting the area during the holidays. This was our 1st time staying in this location, but we liked the convenience to many things. The host texted us the code and we arrived later that evening. A lovely, quiet, neighborhood and pulling up to the home felt like home. The pictures are completely telling of this place...quaint, but many amenities. 3 nice bedrooms and 1 bath, but no tub if that's a breaker for you. A GRAND living room that leads to the hot tub and MASSIVE yard. This is the reason we visit the area... wine during the day and hot tub at night. Only thing that would be "smarter" is if you could come/go to the hot tub from the bathroom. All the towels are fluffy and comfy, beds are good and house has EVERYTHING you'd think of. Only 2 things of note...switches are marked for most things, but don't always seem to work (ie could never get kitchen overhead lights on) but, i never felt it warranted a call to the owner. The other is the living room couch. Its comfy, but seen better days. Still not a deal breaker. Overall, this is a great property and look to visit again next year.

Summary: When I turned the corner onto the road I had my breath taken away by the beauty of the lake. We had received the access code early for entry and getting in was easy. The couch and TV were very nice and the hot tub was used nightly . used nightly.

Summary: My family enjoyed two nights at this beautiful ‘little’ cottage on Lake Erie. The set-up of this house is open and spacious. The back patio with water feature and hot tub was great for relaxing as a family. The views were spectacular and the area was lovely. We highly recommend this space for anyone looking to relax and enjoy time with friends or family.
