Positive: Customer service was excellent, the very best thing about the hotel !!! upon arrival my sister who is handicapped and I was on a walker were struggling with our things, a hotel employee was walking down sidewalk and stopped what he was doing and ran over to assist us into the hotel , unknown to us he had just got off duty but yet he helped us regardless, wow we were amazed , wish I knew his name because he was awesome, all the stuff members were very friendly and helpful from front desk to the maintenance man who gave me his banana because I didn't see one at free breakfast provided , the young lady who took care of it did a great job, in the future we will come back again.

Negative: There was some mold in shower and toilet, and the coffee pot was dirty inside the where the water is poured, I cleaned it because we desperately wanted some coffee , this is a housekeeping issue, I did make mention of this at front desk when I checked out, so hopefully they addressed this with housekeeping.

Negative: We parked by a side door across from our room but key card wasn’t working. When I called the front desk she said go through the front door and I asked why it wasn’t working she didn’t say anything. I’m handicapped and we had unloaded all our stuff up to this door She was not helpful. My husband walked all the way around the bldg and let me in.

Negative: No out side seating when pool is closed. Just 2 benches for smokers.

Positive: The staff were extremely friendly and warming, and the breakfast was decent.

Negative: The room was dirty, and the smell after the heat was on for less than a couple minutes was very concerning. In the bathroom on the towels were strands of hair that were not of mine and on the floor as well.It
