Summary: Very friendly staff while checking in, and throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent. Very neat and clean rooms. The only negative thing I experienced was the fact that the doors to the rooms are loud when closing.

Summary: Nice stay as a family. Good breakfast options and the pool was available many hours during the day. The only complaint is the sliding barn door that covers either the closet or the bathroom wasn’t on the track and had to be maneuvered by hand each time we needed into the bathroom (and it didn’t lock, which was just a minor issue when traveling with kids).

Summary: Room had dog pee/poop stain on carpet. Beds were hard uncomfortable and pillows terrible, very flat. Noisy hall ways. Not a great stay, will not atay here again on our trips to Kansas City.

Summary: It was perfect. The pool had a lift for my spouse who is handicapped. The pool was heated to a good temp. The hotel was clean and the staff went above and beyond even installing a shower chair after our arrival. Breakfast food was perfect!
