Summary: Received the wrong type of room requested and paid for a King size bed and received a room with 2 queen beds. Heater would not let you set the proper temperature.

Summary: A great location for our visit with family and allowed our small dog to also stay in room. The bed was very comfortable. Room was beautiful and clean. However the drapes had small tears, the secondary room safety lock could not be secured, and refrigerator froze everything even at the lowest setting. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

Summary: Hotel is old and a bit run down. When we were there the office center computer was not working and the pool was also closed due to repairs. Our bathroom tile was cracked and moldy and the toilet would run because the handle would get stuck. We also got no maid service while we were there.

Summary: This hotel was amazing. Warm cookies for the kids in the lobby, great breakfast and the staff went above and beyond. Terri was friendly and fabulous! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Top notch. 10/10 recommend!
