Positive: The desk clerk was very apologetic that there was no record of my reservation from bookong.com. Turns out I have to make my reservation at least 4 to 5 hours before arrival for the hotel to be notified

Negative: That booking.com can't get it's act together. Even though I didn't get to stay at this hotel because of no record of my reservation they charged me for a night's stay!!!

Summary: Hotel might be fine but booking.com needs to get it's act together.

Positive: Customer service was great. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and Dennis was excellent at breakfast service. The breakfast was fresh and decent. Room was clean.

Negative: Under maintenance. I wasn't aware beforehand but it is needed and it wasn't noisy. Pool was closed and had to park at business next door. Not too bad though Air conditioner in room was very noisy.

Positive: The staff was amazing. Dennis met us as came to breakfast with a sunny smile and attitude. He was such a fun person and started off our day feeling great. He gave us insight into the hottest coffee and told us all that was available for breakfast. Great employee!
