Summary: Visiting family in the area. Convenient to the grocery store, restaurants and great customer service. Easy access to cool sites in the area such as the Great Smokey Mountains Railroad.

Summary: Franklin Hampton Inn is in a very secure location, quiet and beautiful setting in the mountains. But it is an older building. Plumbing was slow. Breakfast great.

Summary: We travel frequently across the south east. This hotel was head and shoulders better than any others. The first thing we noticed was the crisp clean smell when entering the room. The breakfast was great with waffles, biscuits and gravey and fruit choices! Since Covid most hotels only offer minimal offerings. Would definitely stay here again!
