Summary: Room was clean but I could hear everything happening next door and in the hallway. Ice machine was downstairs and took me a while to find. I asked for more tissues and never received them. James was great when I checked in. At breakfast, I listened to two female employees complain about his work ethic the entire time I was eating. No one present at checkout. Just a fish bowl to leave keys in.

Summary: The beds are like laying on a cloud. The pool area was super clean although the jacuzzi was closed which was a total bummer. But. The area, property were clean and most of all, it felt safe!!

Summary: I liked the property. I objected to the pet fee of $75.00 per night!! That was half of the price of the room! It was late and we were very tired, but I will check into the pet fee policy at Hampton Inn before staying at one again.
