Positive: The welcoming sign when you enter the front door, the staff at the front desk, the snacks for purchase area, the gym and pool, the room numbers with pictures next to them (I always forget the number but not the picture!), the very complete coffee, tea and hot cocoa station, the great breakfast, the toiletries available at the front desk, the pillows and sheets, the umbrellas on loan for a rainy day! Nothing missing, a total package of hospitality. So impressed! Thank you!
