Negative: Wi-fi was down. Hot tub was out of order. Door key pad on one room was not working properly, needed to get new keys every day.

Positive: We like that the beds were a little firmer and we got a good night of sleep but that was it..

Negative: 1st the American flag out the front door was torn and frayed and tangled in the ropes. The entry way and hallway carpets were stained and musty. The elevator felt unsafe and not cleaned. The shower head adjuster fell off when we turned on the water. Lastly, the internet was messed up so the TV in the room would play 30seconds at a time.. thought the Hampton was better than that.. went downhill since our last visit..

Positive: Breakfast was fine although it didn't meet my dietary requirements fully. Staff didn't understand English so was hard to explain. The front desk receptionist during the morning during breakfast time wasn't helpful and was nit friendly at all. No smile in her face !
