Positive: As always the rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast well presented.

Negative: The elevator was not working properly and nothing was done to deter people from using it. My husband was stuck inside and I know of two other people were as well. The usual level of professionalism was not there.

Positive: The staff was extremely nice and courteous.

Negative: Well, there was a renovation going on, fortunately we couldn’t hear anything where we were placed. However, the fridge didn’t cool anything and the bed was very hard. We were exhausted from lack of sleep so that when we got home we slept amazingly well.

Summary: Staff was great, breakfast good, room was clean, bed was horrible and fridge didn’t work. Thus the rating.

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast attendant was nice and the food was fresh and tasty

Negative: The hotel receptionist was talking with a young man outside when we arrived and went right back to him as soon as she completed our check-in. The lobby was under construction, and there were men working on the floor the night we arrived. The breakfast area had exposed drywall all around and no one was available to clean the tables after people had finished eating, so we had to clean a table in order to be able to sit down to eat.
