Summary: The customer service was amazing , everyone was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean , the rooms were clean and accommodating. The morning breakfast was awesome . Andre at the front desk deserve to be the face of the hotel . He was truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish . His customer service is what made me decide to stay at the Hampton vs the Home 2 hotel .

Summary: Everything was perfect. The breakfast employee was the best always make sure that it was restocked. My only critique is that the bed made a lot of noise but other than that our stay was perfect.

Summary: The room was very clean and the check-in/check-out staff were very friendly. There was a cheer competition at the NIU convocation center so there were a lot of children. We could hear them in the hallway at midnight, but that didn't ruin our stay. Breakfast was very nice.
