Positive: Crystal was so friendly!!! She couldn't be a better person! Lively, caring, bubbly!!!! Love her personality! On top of everything, so freaking pleasant! She should be there more!!! She is one of many reasons we will return! Never had to look for her, she was there and ready to assist! Talking with guests, and filling supplies as she did so. She was even wiping up spots on the floor for our safety as she was chatting with us!!!! Please have her there more for us to enjoy her company and service!!!!!

Negative: The fact that sunday morning I had to track down the lady servicing breakfast and provided a slight attitude when I requested more main dish be added for the incoming guests

Positive: Crystal during breakfast!!!! She's a star!!! Housekeeping ladies!!! Fantastic job, thank you for working so quickly to accommodate my arrival even being short staffed!!! Did a wonderful job!!! Matthew at the desk!!! So freaking friendly. Linda!! My kids love you too. 120% satisfaction!!!

Negative: Breakfast staff on sunday morning was a little to be desired. She needs to get rid of her attitude.

Positive: Pool for kids. Breakfast was good.

Negative: I paid for 2 queen beds with a sitting area didn't get the sitting area and the beds were no way queen size beds and these hotels need to stop allowing pets in any room I am so tired of dealing with pet smells and allergies this needs to stop if people insist on bringing their pets then hotels need to set aside specific rooms only for pets.
