Positive: There was someone else’s hair in the bed-the bathroom shower had soap residue and hair in it as well as peeling and discolored caulking.

Positive: The service was really nice, and they were the highlight of our visit.

Negative: The comfort of the room itself was lacking due to severe noise issues. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. We were disturbed throughout the night by loud talking from adjacent rooms, jarring door slamming every time a neighbor came or went, and continuous footsteps and movement from the floor above. Additionally, the toilet paper was thin and cheap. I hope the hotel invests in better sound insulation.

Positive: Breakfast VG

Negative: Directions off internet were terrible coming off interstate. Took about hour to find you. Directions took you to Shopping mall walmart. That’s were they totally left you with ??????? When you had to retrace yourself and people directions you got ????? Of course once in the shopping center we were 5 minutes away!!! Good God from the interstate a direction to the Main Street your off would gotten us there on 3 minutes. Lost a lot of time and I’m sure you heard our screaming!!!’

Summary: Nice good thank God for Applebees!!
