Positive: The service was really nice, and they were the highlight of our visit.

Negative: The comfort of the room itself was lacking due to severe noise issues. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. We were disturbed throughout the night by loud talking from adjacent rooms, jarring door slamming every time a neighbor came or went, and continuous footsteps and movement from the floor above. Additionally, the toilet paper was thin and cheap. I hope the hotel invests in better sound insulation.

Negative: Directions off internet were terrible coming off interstate. Took about hour to find you. Directions took you to Shopping mall walmart. That’s were they totally left you with ??????? When you had to retrace yourself and people directions you got ????? Of course once in the shopping center we were 5 minutes away!!! Good God from the interstate a direction to the Main Street your off would gotten us there on 3 minutes. Lost a lot of time and I’m sure you heard our screaming!!!’

Positive: We liked the location of the hotel - it’s right across from Walmart and some places. The location is close to downtown Corning - convenient to go there. The room was really clean and breakfast had a great selection and staff worked hard to keep place super clean.

Negative: There was no safe in our room so I could not lock anything anyway.
