Summary: Our door didn’t lock behind us which I thought was against fire code. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay and the continental breakfast was very good. Hotel is in a dumpy area though.

Summary: Girls Weekend in Corning Very friendly and kind front desk young woman. We were made to feel right at home. Clean and spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Family friendly

Summary: Had to holler for the desk clerk to check in. Room was as expected, nice and clean. Great blackout screens helped us sleep well. Breakfast said open til 10, but many things were put away and all the breads and muffins were stale. 4/5

Summary: The staff were amazing at this hotel so helpful and kind. Breakfast was well stocked and delicious. Would stay here again if in the area.

Summary: Tired property in need of a general overhaul. Small pockets of mold around bathtub. Breakfast was quite limited and what was offered was mediocre in taste at best. We've come to expect a higher standard from a Holiday Inn Express property. We will not be staying at this location again.

Summary: The front check-in girl was great! She was friendly. Great customer service and even got me in my room a little early. I thought her name was Sara. not sure. I checked in on the 19th of Oct. the room was clean. We didn't go to breakfast until about 0945. Breakfast was to 11 Everything was empty. I went back to the room and gathered my stuff. loaded the car and about 1025 We came back and it was all still empty. I went to the desk and asked the young gentlemen about it. they said they ran out. so I left and went out to eat. GO TO BREAKFAST EARLY!
