Positive: Hotel was great, clean welcoming, great breakfast!

Negative: Only issue, I booked a King bed with a sofa couch. When we get there and go to our room there’s no couch in the room, we call and she’s like there should be one but sometimes they take stuff out and don’t tell me. BIG PROBLEM. Because I booked the hotel specifically because I wanted a king bed. So yeah not happy AT ALL about not getting what I paid for because I didn’t sleep that night because the bed was too small. Which is why I book a damn king room.

Summary: Fix your king rooms so people don’t pay for something they’re not going to get.

Positive: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was totally satisfying. The breakfast was very good, the lounge area pleasant and I felt comfortable being a lady by myself.

Negative: This is just being nitpicky. There could of been a little more variety in the grocery area by the check in desk.

Summary: Over all I was very satisfied with the whole experience and will stay again.

Negative: The plug in the bathroom didn't work and the one by the big mirror by the t.v. was very loose

Positive: There was a storm and the power was out for the entire night. I don’t understood why a hotel wouldn’t have a generator. No discount was offered for the inconvenience. However, the night clerk was very hospitable in giving us bottled water and the breakfast was decent considering the short amount of time to prepare once power was restored.
