Summary: The location for access to the event was adequate. Some of the furniture had chips.

Summary: Very clean room and bath and comfy beds. Excellent range of heating / cooling options, shower capabilities, great TV and fridge size and wide range of fridge cooling settings too. Excellent parking and location and access. Very friendly and helpful employees at front desk and food service. LOTS of restaurants in the nearby area. This was our first stay here in Corbin instead of Williamsburg Hampton Inn where they were booked up for this trip. Williamsburg is also excellent but I think this might be a bit cleaner and there are more restaurants nearby. So we may return here instead of Williamsburg in future. But it is good to have BOTH of these Hampton Inns as an option. ;)

Summary: Check-in went well with Isaac. He ensured no feathers in pillows or recent pet in room (I have severe allergies). Breakfast was okay. BUT WE WOULD LIKE COMPENSATION FOR THE POOR ENVIRONMENT IN THE ROOM. The thermostat that controlled heat/AC did not work AT ALL. We spent the evening with Maintenance in our room. He was called in evening and he was unable to fix. Had to DISCONNECT the system, it was SO LOUD and BLOWING. Then we had no air in the room and no other room available to move us. Offered to remove and replace the whole system at 9:30PM!! Unacceptable since we had to go to sleep. We were awake since 4AM to drive for 11 hours….and had another 2 long days of driving ahead of us!
