Summary: This rental was truly home away from home. The house was absolutely gorgeous! .The neighbors were quite and friendly. One huge plus was a fenced in yard for our fur baby.Joyce the owner showed true southern hospitality. She stocked the frige with water , snacks and when we arrived there were sweets for our breakfast the next day!!I can not wait to go back. I recommend this place percent .If i could i would give it 10 stars!!!

Summary: The lodging was close to Cumberland Falls as well as other scenic drives. The hostess had it well supplied, so no trips to pick items up. Miss Joyce was welcoming and not intrusive. A thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Summary: Very comfortable and very friendly and nice to the kids we had with us on this trip. Let them swim in their own pool with adults from our trip present. Had snacks and small candy for you when you arrive that is so great. All in all this is a very quiet and laid back place just what you could be looking for. I loved this stay.

Summary: This house was just perfect for us. Beautifully furnished, centrally located, and the host was outstanding. The personal touches were above and beyond any others I’ve experienced. There were snacks, drinks, breakfast goodies, and even graduation cupcakes for my husband - so very sweet of Ms Joyce! Highly recommend this property!

Summary: We spent the weekend with my mother in law and this home was absolutely perfect. We were so impressed with the thought behind this home. Summary: This rental had everything we needed. Full selection of dishes, comfortable seating, fresh towels & extra bedding, laundry, good parking for our 3 vehicles, snacks, fruit and bakery items upon arrival. Location was quiet. Not fancy but extremely clean and obviously furnished/decorated with lots of TLC. The outside does not do it justice. Wifi was a bit spotty (especially in the kitchen & master bedroom), but not a deal breaker for us - we used a phone hotspot when needed. Will 100% stay there again.
