Summary: The bed was awful! I was put in a handicap room so everthi ng was fine but they didnt seem to be that busy so I could have had a nicer room. Also the bottom window was cracked so condensation was between the panes and you couldnt see out! Very ugly!

Summary: This hotel has been around for a well, but every time that we visit Columbia, we book a stay at this particular hotel (Hamton Inn Columbia I-20- Clemson Rd. Very clean room and the staff was professional. Great customer service. Oh, before I forget, their continental breakfast is a winner also.

Summary: As a Hilton Honors member, I usually receive unsolicited two complimentary bottles of water. The checkin reception informed me that my Hilton Honors ranking did not qualify me to receive a bottle of water. I ended up purchasing two bottle of waters for six dollars. First time as member I was refused bottles of water probably value at less than 50 cents on a wholesale basis. For a moment, I seriously considered dropping out the Hilton Honors membership, but remembered that all of my prior encounters were very positive and maybe this particular receptionist was having a bad day. She made point of emphasizing that I did not qualify for a bottle water although as a guest i have spent thousand of dollars staying at Hilton hotels.
