Positive: Staff was friendly and efficient

Negative: This property was experiencing some very significant maintenance issues, due to lack of management investment. For instance, breakfast was weak due to failure of convection oven. Pool and hot tub were down for repair and worst of all the single elevator failed on the last day of our 2 day stay. This was tough as there were a number of older folks on the third floor. There was much grumbling on the part of guests.

Summary: We felt very sorry for the great staff, as they were taking flack from angry guests.

Positive: The staff were really nice, considering they had a water leak, elevators not working

Negative: Old hotel, pool closed, water leaks in the main area, mattress curving (needs to be changed), fridge almost not cooling. Needs certainly an upgrade.

Positive: Front desk was very nice but short handed in the afternoon. manager assisting as back up? checked in room, found blood spot on duvet cover , by the pillows. went to change out with two blankets one was properly folded but with visible stains. lamp on desk broken not functioning, bath room ceiling cracked from moister. Bath fan, loud and not functioning properly. Im an DOE for Hyatt and wife director of housekeeping for Hyatt. RM>207 not the staff it management. room was clean.

Negative: Room was clean, front desk very polite and patient. Good breakfast. Quick check in.

Summary: Good over all, Staff needs assistance.

Positive: We liked the location, the very helpful staff.

Negative: We had to ask for toilet, another set of towels as it only had 1. The TV wouldn't turn on, but the night guy was very helpful. We had to go out for breakfast both mornings because the 1st day there was no food or coffee zone the second day there was no coffee, and what was there was dried up eggs and not appetizing
