Summary: It was a good stay The only issue I had was that the elevator was directly behind the headboard of the beds and the elevator made a repeat thumping noise

Summary: The check process was great !! Mary & her co worker ( I think Vic) were amazing !!! We got to our room & as soon as my husband went to use the bathroom the toilet seat came off :( we called Mary & she immediately came to the room and switched us !! Great customer service:) the next morning ing as I was showering I went to use the shampoo & it was totally empty, not even a drop !! I had to get out of the shower & get dressed to go find housekeeping to get some. I understand people make mistakes, but honestly not one drip is ridiculous as well not telling someone e the toilet seat is broke . It was very clean but still broken.

Summary: Property is very convenient to route 95 and Newburyport, which gives great dinning options. Property is very clean and well maintained. Typical chain hotel but relatively new, rooms are good size and beds are comfortable.

Summary: Enjoyed the stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient, shopping plaza was right next door. We enjoyed the buffet style continental breakfast. Room was nice and clean.
