Positive: The location was good. The Breakfast was available when we left at 9 o’clock.

Negative: My initial contact in registering was Linda. She did not smile at all, and began to tell me the hotel was booked solid. I asked for a room close to the elevator, and she put me in the middle of one of the hallways. That was no problem.
