Negative: The pillows were terrible and bedding was rough. There is a shared sliding door for the closet and bathroom that was awkward and hard to move. Also the bathroom fan did not work and there were only 3 tissues in the box.

Negative: The coffee station ran out of creamer and there were quite a few people waiting around for coffee. I think they needed another dispenser, but we sorted it out ok.
