Positive: Breakfast was excellent! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Negative: The luggage carts need to be totally replaced! There were only three, and they were broken and barely usable. Very unusual for a Hilton property! We are Hilton owners of a timeshare and we know Hilton quality! We always stay at Hampton Inns because of this!

Summary: Our stay was enjoyable and very close to the tournaments on Lake Seminole.

Negative: Luggage dollies were totally broken. Unacceptable. New ones need to be purchased. They are not that expensive.

Summary: No microwave in room. 2 room lights didn't work. Could've been a better stay.

Negative: It is not well-maintained, looks older than it really is. Rusty fixtures in rooms (and we were in 3), issues with tv, showers were not clean/soap scum on glass doors, grime on tiles, A/C issues
