Positive: We loved the staff's sincere service and friendly greetings. They were always helpful towards our needs and made us feel grateful. Since we were planning to head to Fresno next day, it was also a located in a good place. It was a pleasant one day staying.

Negative: Since the place was built in long time ago, the facility was a little bit old fashioned in general. Shower room had a door but it was quite shaky and unstable, as if it would collapse in case of collision. Other than that, everything was in high-quality.

Positive: Front desk as k were very courteous.

Negative: No hot water to take a shower till morning of the 3rd day, but we took a as shower and checked out. Still a good stay . Thank you.

Negative: The airport shuttle didn’t come back for us after taking other passengers, so we had to get an Uber. It was annoying, but the rest of the stay was adequate.

Positive: I liked the front desk and breakfast staff, the breakfast and the bed were both very good. The housekeeping staff was pushy to get us out of the room at 11:00 even though front desk gave until 11:30 to check out…did not like that either

Negative: Shower door in our room needed fixing, public restroom near breakfast area was filthy, and there was no shuttle to or from the airport even though there was a shuttle van parked right in front
