Summary: Staff was super-nice and helpful, very attentive. Rooms were clean, maybe a little "worn", but clean.

Summary: Didn't get to try the breakfast. Had an event attend. Room was clean and comfy but AC unit made noise each night and there were water stains in the toilet bowl.

Summary: Had to check out early due to noise level several nights in a row. Spoke to the staff about it, they talked to the folks making all the noise but nothing changed. Had to find another hotel so I could get a nights sleep.

Summary: This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and I enjoyed both times. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the breakfast was good. I will be staying at the Hampton Inn in Albany Georgia and I hope it’s as nice as this one in Americus Georgia.

Summary: The room had a funny odor, like dirty carpet smell, shower wasn’t clean, soap scum residue in shower and found pieces of hair in shower, hair on carpet, bed was a full size not a queen and was very uncomfortable, chair in room was outdated and dirty, floor in bathroom was dirty, I use to be a housekeeper and you can tell the room wasn’t inspected by a supervisor after cleaning. Potential is there.
