Summary: The room and common areas were spotless. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The new renovation is well done - just like a new hotel. Our only negative is the very strong smell of air freshener. Cut down on this as doesn’t need it. We do highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: Hotel was very clean, room was a comfortable temperature, staff was very kind. We booked this hotel with our 6 week old baby because they advertise a refrigerator in the room which we needed for his milk. The fridge never got cold enough in the 2 hour timer it has. I ended up deciding to get ice to keep it cold. We didn’t have a bucket or bags for the ice so I ended up using coffee cups which of course melted fairly quickly even kept in the closed fridge. The stay was seamless other than that but that was a huge hiccup for us.

Summary: Everything was great. Coffee and hot water was not always piping in the lobby and there was no microwave in the room, but I was able to run it through the coffee maker in the room to heat it up. Everything was very comfortable. As expected for a Hampton Inn.
