Positive: Friendly atmosphere,breakfast great selection as usual,clean grounds and super quiet at night.

Negative: The only downside was Doggie Bow wow in center next to Hotel and dog barked 2 days day and night had no over nite staff to tend to dogs so was a little annoyimg..was not fault of hotel,just turned AC on and it masked the barking.

Summary: I DO RECOMMEND Hamptons to friends and family when traveling to area.ok

Positive: Good location for our needs, sufficiently comfortable other than the bathtub/shower water not working properly. Continental breakfast wasn't amazing but at least was varied enough to suffice. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool but the rest of the hotel looked nicely kept so I assume it was good too.

Negative: So expensive but I think that's just the bay area for you. The hot vs cold water in the bathtub didn't mix and when we asked the staff for a different room, apparently the place was all booked but he said he could send the cleaning lady to take a look. What it really needed was a plumber though--it wasn't a problem that a cleaning lady was gonna fix. We could have probably pressed a little harder but we spent so little time at the hotel that it didn't matter enough to us to bother. People sifting through the trash out front was a bit of a strange feel to, but I guess that's again just the bay area for you...

Positive: I like the quietness of property.How the staff respects you the breakfast every morning?And the courtesy that they showed they guess everything's always clean

Positive: Quiet hotel great breakfast comfy beds very very clean throughout the whole property

Negative: The only thing I didn't like was that I was stuck in the elevator for just a couple of minutes
