Summary: Non-smoking rooms are on the same floor with smoking rooms. You smell the cigarettes every time you leave the room and walk to the elevators. Some rooms face the main road and the sound proofing is poor, so that's not a nice combination. There are no facilities such as spa at this hotel either.
