Positive: Very comfortable and well designed. I especially like the breakfast buffet, including notably that they use silverware and dishware and glasses rather than so much plastic.

Positive: The breakfast was good. Add bacon to the menu. Location was excellent. I love that you had a choice to stay in or out door to enjoy your breakfast. The reception was excellent and welcoming.

Positive: The outdoor pool and large dining area was relaxing and fun to watch the water and cruise ship activity. The location was excellent near shopping/dining. The fitness center was amazing - so much equipment, well done. We also used the laundry room.

Negative: The front desk did not have laundry detergent singles for purchase. They should keep that in stock.

Positive: Staff was great, location was great, and the hotel had quality guest who were courteous. All in all it was a great stay with ample spaces to meet with my associates at the hotel.

Negative: I prebooked my stay but never received a confirmation for the 1st booking. I made another reservation and when I arrived told the clerk I may have 2 reservations. She found both and I requested to cancel one of them and she told me okay. When I arrived back home I discovered I paid for both reservations and only had one room....... Not happy about that.

Summary: Productive place with space for every setting.... Meetings, dining, chilling, sweating or lounging.
