Positive: Convenient location, near tube. Linen very clean. Host was very responsive to our issue with extra bed and towels. Overall apartment was functional for short stay

Negative: There were 5 of us and the space was too small. Bathroom also very small. Camp bed was a mattress we received late in the evening. It was brand new and worked fine but it was not a bed. Entrance area could do with improvement

Negative: Toilet was really cramped.

Positive: I booked this as a little getaway and I was amazed by how clean it was! The staff were very friendly and assured me that they were there to help with anything I needed. The location was great too since it was only a 5 minute walk from the tube station.

Positive: This was a new accommodation. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was in good condition. I didn't use the oven, but the microwave and washing machine. It is well situated close to Hammersmith Broadway and Charing Cross Hospital. The river was within a short walk.

Negative: The entrance could do with a little better lighting. A handrail by the stairs would be nice. And bedside lamp would be appreciated.

Positive: The hosts were extremely welcoming, professional and friendly, even for a short stay they kept me well informed and reassured that should anything go wrong, they were just one call away. The property is in amazing shape and extremely clean, very comfortable and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend this property if you value communication, comfort and cleanliness!
