Summary: We stayed for a week in September and it was perfect for us. The home had everything we needed for a quiet, relaxing stay. The location is fantastic. Not only is there so much to do in the area but Douglas and the neighborhood has great "walkabiity" and is super dog friendly. If we are ever back in the area, we will stay here again.

Summary: Unlike so many rentals we’ve stayed in, this one looks just like the pictures and is everything it claims to be. The minute we arrived it felt like home. I was immediately impressed by the tasteful decor, real furniture, and well stocked kitchen; my husband was just happy that I didn't spend the first hours of our vacation scrubbing a bathroom or sink. There is plenty space for two, and two more could be easily accommodated. It’s a short walk to the eateries/shops on Center Street, but most nights we enjoyed home made meals on the peaceful and private patio. Host is an excellent communicator and replied to my dumb questions quickly. I am already missing the king bed in the master bedroom and looking forward to hopefully returning next year.

Summary: This was the perfect place for us to stay during my son’s wedding weekend at The Ivy House in Saugatuck! Very clean! Relaxing atmosphere!! The neighborhood was awesome and walking distance to the quaint Douglas downtown. Downtown Saugatuck is a two minute drive.

Summary: This property is situated near downtown Douglas. Walkable to restaurants, a coffee shop, art galleries, and Kalamazoo lake, which is a huge bonus. The outdoor patio/zen garden is was wonderful and peaceful. The backyard area was a little overgrown and needs some love, but enjoyed it regardless. The house was what I expected and it was mostly clean, but could really use a deep clean. There were cobwebs and dust lining fixtures, artwork and doorframes. The property owner is very communicative and I’m sure if I messaged him about the cleaning he would’ve sent someone over. Overall, we did have a good stay and these little things did not hinder anything. Honestly, if the backyard was spruced up and the master bedroom got an updated look it would elevate this place so so much!

Summary: This home had everything we could have needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was awesome. We have stayed in some larger and more expensive rentals with our extended family that were far less equipped! We highly recommend this home!

Summary: Went for a few days during "Tulip Time" in nearby Holland. Great location and easy access to highways and local restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with easy walking for the dogs. Close by art galleries and coffee houses...great way to relax and enjoy. Nice appliances in the kitchen and nice backyard for the dogs.
