Summary: Came back with my family and some friends for a Hawkeye game and the house / location were perfect. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Was able to tailgate right in the front yard and quick 10 minute walk into the stadium. Owners also checked in several times to make sure our stay was going well.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Hamilton house. As we drove into Iowa City we were pleased to be lead to this Street so close yet private enough that we were in a sweet spot enclave to enjoy University of Iowa’s best location for a cheerful weekend. The home was clean, had everything you needed, even a great coffee spread with creative mugs to start your morning and the beverage counter and open kitchen was ready to transition for more yummy gatherings. Each room was cozy, unique and had storage to unpack and feel at home. The owners went above to create a home for you to revel Iowa’s vibe and provide you an easy escape. Just bring your luggage and your favorite foods and this house has it all to make “home” thank you - we can’t wait to stay there again!

Summary: The home was great for our family of 8. Owner was timely answering questions we had. If anyone has more than 2 cars needing parking (2 cars fit in the driveway), you will find it VERY difficult in this neighborhood to find a spot for your other cars. All streets that are walkable to the house are 1 hour parking only/no overnight parking/etc.

Summary: Comfortably allowed 6 adults to spend two nights for a wedding weekend. Bring iron and lawn chairs if you think you'll need them. But the place had plenty of towels, kitchen needs, soap, paper products, etc. Communication with the owners was very good, check in a breeze. Minimal or no tasks as we left which made it easy to pack and go. No street parking which was okay for us, just a heads up. Definitely recommend!

Summary: The location was great for homebase during graduation weekend. It was close to campus and off site locations which made getting around easy. The house has a great open floor concept om main floor and plenty of room to spread out when needed. The owners were easy to work with and I would recommend staying here for anyone visiting Iowa City.

The home was perfect for our needs and was adequately equipped with essentials that made for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
