Positive: Great location for exploring Lulworth Cove and the surrounding areas. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. Good quality bedding and towels. Nice welcome pack on arrival. Parking for 2 cars although 1 is in a large garage. Good Wi-Fi signal.

Negative: The whole house needs a really good clean. The sofas are very old and need replacing. The door latches are noisy which is particularly noticeable in the night. The smallest bedroom is only big enough for 1 person. I asked for it to be twins but it was a double so we had to rearrange people. The TV was not working properly when we arrived, was not corrected whilst we were there but I understand this is in hand. The toilet system in the master bedroom is coming away from the wall.

Summary: Lovely modern cottage in a great location for Lulworth Cove and surrounding areas. Plenty of space.
