A large 3-bedroom apartment is situated on a building right on the beach. The complex offers a swimming pool for you to enjoy and is situated in the heart of the Germasogia tourist area.

The apartment itself has a large private balcony and is literally footsteps away from the beach, the main beach avenue of Limassol, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. A fully equipped air-conditioned apartment with an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen-sized bed.

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay here so much. We would love to stay again. After booking somewhere initially that was totally unsuitable, air B&B helped us to find this apartment, which was absolutely perfect. Very spacious, so clean and in the best location in Limassol in my opinion for what we needed. We had the use of a beautiful shared pool, which most the time we had to ourselves and we were right by the sea, so had regular sea swims. The apartment is close by to lots of amazing restaurants and shops. The host George was the most responsive host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, he couldn’t do enough for us and answered any questions I had super quickly. This apartment is also only 10-15 mins from the German Oncology Centre which was great for us as we had to regularly attend there. Thank you for having us George. We hope to stay again early next year.

Summary: The host was very accommodating, the house had everything we needed and it was very spacious. It has a great location and so easy to find your way around with a lovely selection of coffee shops and restaurants around. They were kind enough to setup a baby cot for me, without me asking, as well as beach towels, which i wouldn't have expected. There was one night where we could hear loud bass music from the bars, but the rest of the time it was nice and quiet that you could hear the beach waves. I was also impressed that the balcony has a glass window that can be closed off, as i was worried with little children being on the terrace, especially with the wall being so low. Overall we had a lovely stay at this apartment and would definitely book there again if we go back.

Summary: The location is excellent, right by the sea, the apartment is quiet, and there are abundant surrounding facilities. It is very convenient to go to restaurants, to the center of Limassol,to other cities by intercity bus. The price is also moderate, and I really enjoyed this accommodation experience.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in April of 2024. The apartment is located on the beach, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Groceries were close by and the restaurant options were numerous and very good Our hosts were unbelievably responsive and helpful when questions came up. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. The place is peaceful during the day. There is a club nearby that could be heard, but the double glazed windows and air conditioners helped to mute the sound. I would rent here again. We loved our stay in Limassol.

Summary: We really liked the size and the layout of the property, as well as the location. The management team is very available and helpful. Bed linen and towels are worn out and the coffee macine needs replacing ( the capsules are not on sale in the Nespresso store)

Summary: It is a great apartment: spacious, clean, comfortable, with all necessary things for living. We've spent several weeks there: 3 adults and an infant. Close to the sea, has several shops and restaurants nearby. The balcony is on the sunny side, so it's warm there even in winter. The host is responsive and helpful. The only thing is that I'm not sure if in the high season it's quiet in the surrounding. Even in winter on Friday night I could hear (or rather feel) some bass from outside. But still highly recommend the host and this particular apartment
