Positive: Loved the overall vibe of the property, really well stocked and lovely and homely. The grounds are beautiful and staff I interacted with were lovely.

Negative: There were a lot of bugs (spider/moths) in the property (which I know it's inevitable) but quite a lot of webs.

Positive: The house was charming! There were many rooms there on different levels and all were clean and cozy. We liked the most the upper floor - it had the best air and smell. It was very calm outside and it was such a pleasure to look through the windows when it was dark and silent. Nothing compared to the city! I would definitely return there! I wish I could stay longer.

Negative: The queen beds were a bit narrow. The lowed floor had damp smell. If I'd return, I wouldn't stay at that floor, though it's not bad and we had a pleasant gathering there when it was hot on the other floors.

Positive: Nice location with good garden and tennis court. Rooms are spacious, especially the kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped. Very clean.

Negative: Some of the beds were uncomfortable. All rooms are good, but because it is a section of the main house, there isn't a proper living room.

Positive: Very comfortable stay at The Wing at Brook Hall. Great location to my sisters house in Boston Spa. We enjoyed a bit of tennis and my oldest daughter enjoyed the beautiful walled garden. Rooms all very clean.

Negative: It’s just missing a sitting room, my only gripe but everything else great.
