Positive: Location, quiet rooms, comfy beds, good on site restaurant. However the harbour view you pay for is a sideways on view and not a full view over the harbour

Negative: Shame there is no guest laundry coin operated machines as do many large hotels have.

Positive: Location the best reason to stay here. Facilities at the hotel good and since the check out time is so early (11am) the different areas in the lobby are comfortable and offer a choice if flight many hours after check out. The bed was extremely comfortable and wonderful. Very good to have a coffee maker, large fridge and daily complimentary water in the room

Negative: The check out time is too early 11 am Staff ok / provide information when asked but for the hospitality industry they work in they can improve on appearing/sounding more friendly. More like the Haligonians who are extremely friendly and helpful. Staff seem to do their job and that’s it nothing more except for S.K. Ackbar who offered advice & showed me information when asked re various activities in the area. For tourists having a desk dedicated to booking tours /pick up from the hotel for tours etc would be helpful.

Summary: For the location and the comfort I would choose this hotel again
