Summary: Room was clean but very small. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

Summary: The only issue was, the overhead light in the bathroom was burned out, as soon as I sent a text it was responded to. The maintenance person was standing at my room waiting for me to return and replaced it immediately. Very responsive! Looks to have been updated recently. Great place to stay for the $$.

Summary: A welcoming text was sent by Sara, which provided necessary information for access code to the assigned room, a reminder about Wi-Fi info and accessibility to be reached. I walked in and the room was exactly as shown in the picture. Cute as can be! Joe, the maintenance fella was in the neighborhood and worked with me to get the AC unit a little cooler during the heat dome which was currently toasting 33 states! Heavens to Betsy it was a warm one. The room was so charming and the diffuser they had in the room had wonderful light options and refreshing scent. I am now convinced that I need to start looking for a diffuser. Loved it! The pillows were fantastic and in my perfect world, the mattress would’ve been just a wee bit more firm. If I have a need to be back in the neighborhood, I would definitely stay at the Halifax Inn again.
