Summary: The floors in the rooms are not properly installed. The floor needs to be replaced the floor planks are not attached and have warped. When you walk on them they creak. Not what I would expect at the tru hotel.

Summary: It was great. Clean, nice hotel. Only issue was with the water. Too hot! No control. Shower was so hot, I couldn’t stand underneath it or I would have been burned.

Summary: The staff was friendly, great atmosphere and loved all the options at breakfast and even slightly different options each day. I’m not sure if there was no fan in the bathroom or ours wasn’t working but it was a slight inconvenience but nothing major. Also, the sticky grips on the floor of the shower were slightly dirty and one was half off. Overall we enjoyed our stay, we weren’t there much and didn’t have time to enjoy the board games in the common area or the pool but the time we were there, we were comfortable and appreciated the texts each day the staff sends to check in.
