Summary: The property is beautiful. We had the most amazing time here. The property is very spacious and extremely well equipped. We stayed as a family of 6 adults and 5 children ages ranging from 1 year old to 13 years old with lots of space for everyone. Extremely friendly, helpful and attentive host. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely location. Would highly recommend.

Summary: This was a lovely property with more than enough room for 8 adults and 5 children (including 2 toddlers and 3 babies). We loved using the outdoor space and picking fresh fruit each day to eat. Not an issue at all but I would note that the smaller pool is only heated in the winter. Thanks again for having us Jaime.

Summary: Our family holiday of 5 adults, 2 teens, 2 11 yr olds and 2 8 yr olds was made special by staying in this fabulous place. The accommodation was exactly as described and all the rooms were a great size. So relieved the a/c was there as weather extra hot for a couple of days. The teenagers loved being able to get away from the younger ones at times and have their own space. The pool was a winner for all ages. The gardens are very pretty with plenty of space to spread out. Children disappointed the fox got to the chickens before we got there! They did go looking for them as soon as we arrived! Thankyou for a great stay.

Summary: Amazing villa located in a great place The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us some great tips etc The villa was very clean and easily slept nine of us and room for more Plenty of fridge space which is always a bonus as some villas only have one small fridge Will definitely be booking again Thanks jaime

Summary: The house is very big and so much room. We also liked the house outside and the pool was really nice. Unfortunately, there was no household utensils such as toilet paper, waste bag or soap available and had to buy this ourselves. We also had problems with hot water. However, the host was very friendly and always available to help.

Summary: Jaime is an excellent guest and staying in his house was a real pleasure. The house is big, perfect for families. We were 8 adults with 7 kids amongst them 3 babies and we felt very comfortable in the house. The pool is securised which is a real plus. Higlhy recommended! Vincent

Summary: We were traveling with 6 kids aged 3 to 12 and we loved our stay at this property, besides all the space inside with all the rooms needed for 12 people, there is also the amazing outside space :) There is the pool: a big one and smaller one for the small kids, all surrounded by real grass and trees and with pool beds. There is a stream neighborhooring the property near the pool, and you can hear the frogs! There are fruit trees towards the front of the house and a chicken hen: you can feed the chickens while you are there! That part of the property is like a farm, and there is a lot to explore around the trees. Next to the house, just outside the kitchen door there are tables and chairs enough for 12 + people. Plus another table under shade that can sit 8-10 px. Inside you have everything you need, plus small, useful and kwerky items that you can only get in a property managed by the owner. The owner, Jaime, is super nice, very helpful and friendly. We needed another remote for the gate and Jaime managed to the deliver one on the same day. The cars have shaded parking, enough for 3-4 cars. We slept very well, and there was really nothing we thought was missing! We had an amazing week with our extended family and we hope to come back again soon!

Summary: A beautiful villa with a lovely swimming pool with a hottub. A nice place to stay with your family or friends. We stayed there with 6 adults en 5 children in the age 1 to 12 years. Everyone enjoyed this place! Every morning they fed the chicken. Also picked oranges of the trees for a nice fresh orange juice. Do you need more :-). All 6 bedrooms were uniquely decorated and all had their own bathroom, very pleasant. The owner is a friendly man, whom you can call if something’s wrong. In all, a lovely villa in a beautiful surrounding with a good price/quality ratio. We absolutely recommend this villa!

Summary: We were a family party of 10, including 3 children under 5, and this property was perfect for our 2 week holiday. The villa is very conveniently located; 45 minutes drive from the airport, less than 5 minutes to the closest supermarket and 10 minutes to the local towns and beautiful beaches of Alvor and Portimao. We did hire cars but spent most of our time relaxing in the ample grounds of the villa! The outside space was ideal, lots of room for al fresco cooking and eating, lovely warm pools (including a smaller, shallow one for the little 'uns), plenty of sun loungers as well as little nooks and secluded areas if you wanted a bit of quiet time in the shade. The children loved the daily activities of feeding the chickens and collecting eggs and picking lemons. The rooms are large and comfortable with air conditioning and en suites. The kitchen is well equipped, including sharp knives which is unusual in holiday homes! Joaquim was a very attentive host if needed, he came round the same day to help a couple of times and kindly provided a potty and small toilet seat for our toilet-training toddler. In short, we would all highly recommend this property and would love to return!
